Wow! This was the best authentic Mexican food I have had since I was a flight attendant and would travel to Mexico for work. Amazing!! 4 stars for the customer service though. I will always come back here for a meal when visiting Galveston!

Oh the food could not be better!!! It does Not matter what you order, it’s all very very fresh and yummy!!! And their prices are wonderful!!! It just makes the meal so much better and you really want to tip, because of their decent prices!!!

I wanted to try a new place in Galveston and saw Gorditas off of the Seawall. So glad I stopped in. The best mole I have had in quite a while. The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We have a new traditional Mexican go to place. Super stoked to share it with my Wife.

For brunch yesterday before we left town to head home I couldn’t leave Galveston without trying this spot out. I had to try out the steak “carne asada,” medium well. Delicious and I highly recommend. Next time illl try the fajitas steak and shrimp.

What a pretty patio. Directly across from the beach! Plus, the patio was dog-friendly. The food was good, not going to knock your socks off good but, good Mexican. I had a corona and the fish tacos. The red salsa was delicious, and the green is super extra hot! If you like hot, you'll love it! Cheers!

This place was so good. We had it two nights in a row. All the people that interacted with us were amazing very sweet. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted so good. We will definitely be going back here again when we visit next time I recommend this to anybody who loves true Mexican food not Tex-Mex but actual good Mexican food.

Gorditas Mexico is SO delicious! We have visited many, many times over the last year and never has the food disappointed! Everything has great flavor, the service is top notch and very prompt and the atmosphere is welcoming and warm. They have inside or outside seating and the beach view is awesome! We love Gorditas!
